Setup Automated posting on blog

Setting up automated blog posting allows you to manage several blogs at one time without having to worry about writing content every single day. Here is how to set up automated blog posting to make it work for you.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Blog host
  • Blogging platform
  • Blog posts
  1. Step 1
To set up automated blog posting, you'll need to have an account with a blogging service like Wordpress or Blogger - both are free and they both offer future posting dates for blog posts. If you'd like to set up your own hosting, you can do that with both sites as well.
  2. Step 2
To get started with the automated blog posting process, the best thing to do is to create a swipe file of key points you'd like to focus your blog posts on. Do this before you start writing anything. To help determine how large your file needs to be, think about how many posts you would like to set your blog up with.
  3. Step 3
Now you need to get started writing. Instead of writing one blog post each day, you're going to write as many as you can right away. If you've set a goal to write up 40 blog posts, try doing 10 posts per day. After 4 days, you'll have your blog set up to fill with content over the next few weeks.
  4. Step 4
After you have written the blog posts, set them to go out as often as you'd like them to go out. For example, if you set up 40 posts and have 2 posts go out every 3 to 4 days (or 2 per week), you'll have enough content to fill your blog for 20 weeks!
  5. Step 5
Once you have set up automated blog posting for the first blog, continue the process for each blog you want to set up.
