Outlook Sending Multiple Emails

Over the last couple of weeks Outlook has sent multiple copies of the same emails. One person received 14 copies. When I look in the 'Sent' box it only shows 1 email. I use AVG & this does not detect any viruses. I appears that I am sending SPAM. Anyone got any clues?


It may be problem with your AVG e-mail scanner, but I am not sure
or too short send/receive (or) server time-out value
double check your outlook email account settings once again (tools->options)
server timeout is set to 1 minute. My emails are only text so that should be plenty of time. I've been using btconnect email via broadband with same settings including AVG for 12 months now and its only been happening for the last 2 weeks. confused!
can u try sending emails using online Microsoft Outlook Web Access (https://email.btconnect.com/) and see still getting the same error.

if u still getting the same error, then it may be problem with u r account - if not then some setttings in u r PC have changed

can u try that and reply me whether it solved u r problem

one more thing i want u to try

how big is your send box? if it is too big, can you create a new folder say " old send emails" and paste all your send emails over there and free up the space in send email box, and then try send an new email.
