Sending Multiple E-Mails to one Recipients

I can find tons of bulk email software to send one email to lots of people, but what I need to be able to do is send multiple separate emails to one person. Is there some way to get Thunderbird to do this, or does anyone know of any software that does this? I'm not trying to pound anyone with numerous emails, I just have a client that requests that I send separate emails for things that I do for them, and it can add up to 50 or more a day and it would be convenient if I could do them all at once and then send them instead of doing one at a time.

You don't have to send every message as it is composed. Use menu path (in the compose window) File->Send Later (or Ctrl+Shift+Enter). When you have all the messages for that client ready to send, use menu path (in the main window) File->Send Unsent Messages.
